About the Event

Emerald Bay’s Vikingsholm is known as one of the finest examples of Scandinavian architecture in the United States. Its design, construction, and decorative arts are influenced by a broader, rich Norse mythology. In this analysis of selected photographs, Alice Wilson considers the link between Viking lore and Lake Tahoe’s Vikingsholm Castle.
